HOW REFUNDS WORK

Cancel Me Clothing will issue a refund to the original payment method used for your order in the following situations:

  • Your order is cancelled by Cancel Me Clothing.
  • One or more of your items are no longer available since your order was processed.
  • You received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The refund typically processes within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

If your purchase was made using a gift card, the amount will be returned to the gift card within 1-3 business days.
