Washing 101:
- Cold Wash: Your apparel is cool and it likes to stay that way. Cold water, always.
- Inside Out: Flip it. No, not a dramatic flip, just turn it inside out before washing.
- Mild Detergent: Harsh chemicals? Not today. Use the gentle stuff.
- Bleach is a No-No: Unless you're aiming for a "vintage fade" gone wrong.
- Hand Wash: Because sometimes your apparel needs to be pampered.
- Drying Drama:
- Air Dry: Your apparel isn't a raisin. Keep it out of the sun to avoid the shriveled look.
- Tumble Dry? Only If You Must: On low heat. But remember, cotton and heat play shrinky-dink games.
- Size & Strategy: Love the roomy fit? Then air drying is your BFF.
Ironing: Not for the Faint of Heart:
- Low & Slow: Like a weekend morning, iron inside out on low.
- Steam? Nope, save that for the spa.

Fold, Don’t Hang: We're preventing the dreaded neck-stretch sag. You're welcome.
We do not recommend using the washer or dryer on your hat. We only recommend washing by hand.
Washing 101:
- Prep: Fill a basin or sink with cool to lukewarm water. Add a drop or two of mild detergent (avoid bleach or any harsh cleaners).
- Dip & Swish: Immerse the cap, gently agitating the water with your hands. Use a soft cloth or brush to target any stained or soiled areas. Remember, be gentle—no rigorous scrubbing.
- Rinse: Empty the basin and refill it with cool, clean water. Swish the cap around to rinse out the detergent. Repeat as needed until all the soap is gone.
- Dry: Pat the hat with a clean towel to remove excess water. Shape the hat back to its original form. Let it air dry, but not in direct sunlight as this might cause discoloration.
- Reshape: While the cap is still damp, reshape the bill if necessary. You can use a curved object, like a coffee mug, to help maintain its curve.
Tips to Maintain the Shape of Your Hat:
- Avoid the Dryer: Always air dry. Heat from a dryer can warp the hat's shape.
- Storage: Store your cap on a hat rack, a hook, or even a rounded form (like a ball) to help it keep its shape.
- Avoid Folding or Flattening: If you're traveling, try to pack the hat on top or carry it with you to prevent it from getting crushed.
Use a Hat Form or Shaper: These are inserts that help hats keep their shape when not being worn or during cleaning.
Washing 101 :
- Dishwasher: Place your trusty mug on the top rack, for it deserves a throne, away from the peasant pots and pans.
- Normal cycle: Beware! A heavy cycle might just send your mug into early retirement.
Handwash: If you are ambitious and have the time, handwashing your mug is always a great option.
