We don't provide exchanges. However, you're welcome to return your item(s) by mail following our Return Policy. You can use our online returns portal and then place a new order for the desired item(s) on our website.
- Returned items should be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and sent back in their initial packaging.
- We are not liable for return packages that get lost or stolen during shipping. Always retain your shipping proof or return tracking number when sending back your returned item(s).
- Your return must include an order packing slip or a return invoice from our Online Return Portal specifying the items being returned. Incorrectly filled-out returns might face issues getting processed.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform our customer service within 5 business days of receiving it. Provide evidence using the Returns Portal available on our site.
- We may hold off on processing a refund until we've received the returned items, especially if there are valid concerns about potential fraudulent activities.
We reserve the right to determine and limit, decline, and/or reject returns from customers for reasons including but not limited to:
- Frequent returns suggesting "wardrobing" behavior;
- Numerous returns of items that appear worn, modified, washed, damaged, or missing; or
- Any suspicious or potential illegal activities.
Furthermore, we may refuse service to any customer or organization based on behaviors like those mentioned above.
Items not belonging to Cancel Me Clothing that are sent to our Distribution Center will be disposed of upon arrival.
