There are a couple of typical reasons for an order's tracking to show that it hasn't been shipped:
- The order might have already been shipped, but because of the delivery distance, the initial scan by the carrier might take a few days after the shipping notification and the first release of the tracking number.
- Your order might have needed some extra processing time. Kindly refer to our Shipping Methods, Costs and Timeframes for detailed information on processing times.
Your order's status will display "In Transit" until it reaches the next sorting facility. Occasionally, due to factors beyond our control, there might not be any tracking updates for a few days.
