No. To guarantee the accurate delivery of your package, please ensure your address is correctly entered with all necessary details when you place your order. This includes the proper use of abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and any route information if needed.
MY ORDER WAS RETURNED TO SENDER OR REFUSED
Returned to sender packages will be reshipped to you.
However, if the reason for the the returned sender is for the following:
- An address is invalid or there is missing information,
- The carrier is unable to deliver your package, or
- The order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
Then you will have the option for the package to be:
- Reshipped and reshipping fees will be your responsibility.
- Or you can receive a partial refund.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, refused or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided was incorrect at the time of purchase.
We're not able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers.
