Every order undergoes a processing time separate from the shipping time. Standard domestic orders, might require 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for processing.

Even after your payment authorization and verification, the process can extend to 2-5 business days.

For orders within the US, the delivery time can vary between 1-12 business days after we ship it out (not based on the order date) depending on the final destination and/or unforeseen carrier delays (e.g weather, holidays).

An email notification containing tracking details will be sent once the order is dispatched. For domestic shipping within the U.S., USPS or UPS is predominantly utilized, though alternative carriers might be chosen based on our discretion. The final shipping fee will be shown at the time of checkout.

All shipping charges are final and non-refundable. In cases of a refused shipment, you'll be charged for the initial shipping charge and the return shipping charge for sending the package back to us, which will be deducted from any potential credit.

We cannot assist in filing claims with shipping carriers. Once a claim is initiated with the carrier, they typically take up to 30 days for resolution.

Cancel Me Clothing doesn't accept liability for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, and no refunds or credits are provided for such packages.

In instances where you order multiple products and one or more items are unavailable, we will proceed to ship the available items. The amount for the out-of-stock item(s) will be refunded to your original payment method.
